All our creations are made in Madagascar by artisans with ancestral know-how.
What does AHNA mean?
AHNA is the acronym of the brand's founder. A name that carries her history and roots, and which naturally became the symbol of her brand.
Are your pieces truly handmade?
Yes, our pieces are entirely handmade: from the weaving of the cotton to the working of the raffia. Slight irregularities may appear; these are not defects, but the signature of the artisan.
Can the dimensions and colours vary?
Yes, slightly. Handcrafted work involves small variations that guarantee the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece.
How do I maintain AHNA parts?
For woven cotton: delicate wash, cold water, and air dry.
For raffia: avoid water, keep away from moisture and sunlight.
Orders and deliveries
How do I place an order?
Select your item, add it to your cart and complete your order via our secure payment system.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
For accounting reasons, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been validated.
But you can return the item to us as soon as you receive it and we will process the refund if you respect the legal withdrawal period of 14 days.
Are the parts available in stock?
Yes, unless otherwise stated. Pre-orders involve a longer manufacturing time, as the item is made especially for you.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Europe. For other countries, please contact us before placing your order.
Are there any customs fees?
Depending on your country, fees may apply. These remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and payment
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the order receipt date. The item in question must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
