Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Any item returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
