Shipping policy
1. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the destination country, total weight, and chosen carrier.
Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount; this information will be displayed in your cart or during checkout.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within Germany and to selected countries within the European Union.
For international orders outside the EU, please contact us at contact@ahnaa.com to discuss available shipping options.
3. Delivery Times
Germany: approx. 2–5 business days
EU countries: approx. 5–10 business days
International: approx. 10–20 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to public holidays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Carriers
Orders are generally shipped via DHL, Deutsche Post, or Hermes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.
5. Partial Deliveries
If an item is temporarily out of stock, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels when reasonable.
No additional shipping fees will be charged in such cases.
6. Customs & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the final order price.
7. Damaged Parcels
Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or missing, contact us immediately at contact@ahnaa.com so we can assist you and file a claim with the carrier.
